|Joomla is a content management system based web site giving easy access to built-in online editing functions, additional functionality through plugins and modules, is easily configurable and extendable allowing for Web sites of all shapes and sizes. It also provides easy user management, media management, and with additional plug-ins can be used for newsletters, and other subscription based services.
Please be advised that cancellations made up to 24 hours before a scheduled appointment via [email, text, or phone call] will be processed without a penalty.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before an appointment will be subject to a charge of 1 hour, plus the travel. This includes appointments, where we are turned away, or the client is not available.
If Bruce Taylor Pro Computer Support cancels an appointment with less than 24 hour's notice, a new appointment will be scheduled without penalty to the client, subject to availability.
All Data is stored in accordance with GDPR and is deleted immediately upon termination of a support contract,
no data is passed or shared with any other organisation or company.
You will receive email notifications of your subscription status 1 month before renewal and again upon the renewal date.Remote connection support requires the Teamviewer or Microsoft Quick Assist software to be installed (www.teamviewer.com) and an active internet connection. (other software may be required)
Prices listed, payable in advance, minimum time period 1 month. Upgrades are available at any time, and downgrades available at the end of the billing period. Gold support time onsite will roll over for 1 month only if not used within the month, maximum 2 hours onsite as part of the contract – all additional hours billed at a discounted rate depending on the contract. Support is available Monday to Friday 9am to 9pm for Bronze and Silver support, and seven days a week for Gold support. Excluding annual holidays and bank holidays. Please note: to comply with French working time and business regulations all support is Monday to Friday only, please call or email at any other time.
